Service HQ came to my rescue! I was without heat on 2 floors of my home for 19 days. Old system went down December 23, 2022. The windchill at night was -19. I called numerous companies trying to get repairs. I finally gave up and decided to buy new. I ended up calling Service HQ. Wow! I talked with Casey Belknap. I told him my situation and asked when he could come and give me and estimate. He replied as soon as I got off the phone he would be on his way. He arrived as promised. Excellent offer on new units! Casey said the 3 new HVAC units would be installed the first of the week. (This was a Friday afternoon) Again, Service HQ kept their word.Outstanding workers! They were very, very helpful and accommodating on a late Sunday afternoon. That was extremely hot. Their guy, Gage, went out of his way to show me what was going on and why certain things were not working. Very quick turnaround. A/C went out Saturday night with temps over 100 degrees. Out of town family had just arrived for a 5 day stay. HQ came out by noon on Sunday. Determined it was best to replace A/C unit and furnace. Comfort specialist came out on Monday and all work was completed on Thursday.

Serviceman was polite, friendly, professional; worked me into a busy schedule on a Saturday morning during a heat wave when he had many other scheduled jobs, arrived within promised time parameters, diagnosed and repaired ac compressor and performed seasonal maintenance, returned system to optimal performance, all for a reasonal fee, even though it was a weekend morning. The outside temperatures are forecast to reach 106°; I don’t say it lightly – bless this young man! I know this is a “first world” problem, but he and his company saved an old lady and her pets from suffering in the heat!

Very satisfied.My 3rd time using Service HQ (I think Fahnestock now owns them now so kinda confusing calling Service HQ and Fahnestock answers or vice versa. I think they should change it to Service HD by Fahnestock and put their logos along with that company.This service call was to clean inside coils that was found on scheduled summer HCAV inspection and cleaning last week.Tech was on time (actually early), professional appearance and put booties on his shoes when entering.Upon completion of cleaning I was thoroughly briefed on any mechanical problems that were found…even had pics so I could see and found that the coils were covered in debri and dog hair from the previous owner. I don’t think the previous owner ever had them cleaned. They had 2 big dogs and a lot of hair.After cleaning the coils were spotless and tech wanted to make sure I saw how much debri and hair that was removed.I am signed up with a bi annual maintenance plan which is a great price $199. Discounts on service calls and parts labor. Coil cleaning charge $255 was under what other companies were charging (295- to $375).

When I recently bought my townhouse it came with a home warranty which sounded good at the time. But, after two service calls for the same problem, the igniter would burn out, I asked my daughter who did recent repair work for her. She wholeheartedly recommended this business and Juan specifically. With the warranty I had to wait for two days without heat whereas Juan was here in a couple of hours. He quickly found the problem, repaired my furnace and it has been working exactly right ever since. My parents used this business, here is what my Dad had to say. They called prior to arrival, 15 minutes, they even showed up ahead of schedule which was much appreciated. They introduced their team and then they got right to work. They worked very hard and all day long. They were very considerate of their surroundings, covering all surfaces they could potentially come in contact with due to being inside, outside, in the attic and under the house. They were very congenial and continued to update him throughout the day with the progress being made and what work still needed to be done. They finished the installation, cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to answer his questions and did a through talk through of the new equipment. They had complete customer satisfaction and would highly recommend them!!! The salesman that originally made contact at my parents request even came by to check on the progress in the middle of the day. My Dad felt like this was OUTSTANDING service.

Our old heating system quit. The company that installed it no longer services their equipment so we called Service HQ. Mike came out to inspect my furnace with limited information as I do not know much about them. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and get it resolved. I really liked that he wasn’t forceful towards me to buy things I didn’t need and he gave great incite as to proper maintenance (which I will be calling them to come do annually!). I would absolutely recommend and will be using this service in the future!

Gabe came to our aid today when our furnace quit just as the cold snap hit! He was very knowledgeable and explained what was down on the system thoroughly. With the system being 27 years old, the decision to repair rather than replace is a tough one but there was no pressure to decide today. All together a very positive experience. When I heard there was a freeze warning, I was afraid my faucet had froze….when I checked they had disconnected the hose and put it back. I’ve had Service HQ doing seasonal maintenance on my system for the past several years (started using them when they were called Mckay’s) and have always had a positive experience with them. They did a duct cleaning a couple years ago which I felt was reasonably priced compared to some other companies we got quotes from. My system is about 15 years old and seems to be running quite well. The only issues I have had with it they have handled in a timely and economical manner. Would recommend.
